We are excited to announce that the State of Tennessee has selected Euna Budget Enterprise (Sherpa) to streamline their budgeting process and transition from their legacy system to a modern, cloud-based solution. Known for its breathtaking landscapes, vibrant music scene, and rich history, Tennessee is home to over 7.2 million residents and boasts a $52.6 billion budget. The state joins a growing community of Euna Budget Enterprise users benefiting from innovative, efficient budgeting solutions.
Tennessee’s new system will support over 200 users across 60 state agencies, boards, and commissions, facilitating a more efficient, transparent budgeting process. The state sought a solution that would reduce manual data entry, enhance visibility into budget details, and closely integrate with their existing PeopleSoft ERP system, Edison.
By adopting Euna Budget Enterprise, Tennessee will benefit from a modern, web-based system that improves accessibility and interactivity for state agencies. The platform also enables better monitoring of actuals against budgets, ensuring seamless integration with accounting systems.
We are proud to support the State of Tennessee as they continue to optimize their budgeting process with Euna Budget Enterprise. Having gone live on July 1, 2024, the system is already improving efficiency and flexibility, with the fiscal year 2026 budget book set to be generated in January 2025.
