Faced with severe financial constraints and looming budget cuts, Chicago Public Schools (CPS) pursued a procurement solution that guaranteed compliance, reduced paper dependency, and enhanced process efficiency. With rising costs of goods and services, CPS needed a system that maximized cost savings and ensured the district could extract the most value from their budget. The results were immediate, with sustained improvements in efficiency year after year, amidst daunting economic shifts.

With 22 users across four different departments, CPS has achieved 100% user adoption in the sourcing module in Euna Procurement. By conducting all solicitations through Euna Procurement, CPS manages an impressive average of 566 solicitation projects annually. Additionally, their integration of selected suppliers into the Marketplace solution ensures that staff can seamlessly purchase off approved contracts without confusion or compliance concerns.
