Tacoma Public Schools comprises of 58 schools across Washington state, serving about 28,000 students from Pre-K through 12th grade. With many students and staff top-of-mind, TPS has sought a better budgeting solution through the Washington State Information Processing Cooperative (WSIPC), whose mission is to provide technology services empowering the K-12 community.
TPS sought to upgrade their current budget development processes with a solution that could digitally transform their entire workflow for their $554 million budget.
TPS’s ideal solution would also allow for improved data transparency, while seamlessly integrating with multiple tools, including a new ERP system.
Through Euna Budget, powered by Questica, Tacoma Public Schools has found a solution to meet each of their needs, supercharging their budgeting process in a user-friendly, integrative way.
Upon implementing Euna Budget modules, TPS can now display all critical data and relevant information in a visually rich and interactive way while eliminating complexity, driving accountability, and enhancing transparency.
