Struggling to offer flexible, equitable payment channels to residents, pursued a centralized payment solution that delivers highly secure and convenient payment options to support every customer. Needing to provide a consistent, modern user experience that maximizes efficiencies, Mt. Prospect selected a cutting-edge payment platform that streamlines processes and leverages a consistent, user-friendly workflow across all payment channels.  

Solution: Implementing Multi-channel Payment Channels onto a Centralized Platform: 

  • Residents have varying schedules that make it difficult to make payments in person during set business hours. 
  • Limited access to online payment options and discomfort with using technology pose challenges for many residents. 
  • The use of a drop box poses inherent security risks for collecting payments and delays of payments posting to customer accounts 

Results: Greater Access has Boosted Flexibility and Convenience for Customers  

By implementing an outdoor kiosk and the online platform, Mt. Prospect has achieved high adoption from customers with 94% average monthly repeat users. The added flexibility provided by the kiosk has led to a significant increase in people making payments in person outside of business hours.
