Huron, OH– January 08, 2026 – Today, Everway announced that SpedTrack, a trusted special education management platform and part of Euna Solutions, is joining the Everway group. The move brings together two organizations focused on supporting educators and improving outcomes for students with diverse learning needs.
SpedTrack supports K–12 school districts with complementary cloud-based software tools to manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), Section 504 plans, services tracking, and compliance requirements, helping special education teams reduce administrative burden and stay focused on student progress. Founded more than 20 years ago in Springfield, Missouri, SpedTrack serves districts across 26 U.S. states, with a strong presence in the Midwest and South.
Everway’s vision is to create a more neuroinclusive world, where everyone can understand and be understood, no matter how their mind works. It brings together expertise in assistive technology, literacy, and learning support across education and the workplace. Everway is backed by Five Arrows, the alternative assets arm of Rothschild & Co, and was formed in March 2024, through the merger of n2y and Texthelp.
Welcoming SpedTrack into the group is a further step in applying this mission to special education, strengthening Everway’s existing IEP-related offerings, including Polaris and Embrace, and supporting clearer communication and shared understanding around student needs. Alongside this, Everway is increasing leadership focus across its IEP portfolio, including SpedTrack, to support sustainable growth and continued alignment with the needs of special education teams.

Schools and districts will continue to work with the same teams and use the same platform, with the added benefit of being part of a broader organization dedicated to supporting learners with diverse needs.
