Previously, Abhi served as the Inaugural Chief Data Officer for City of Los Angeles and the Chief Innovation Officer for Sacramento, and he has lectured on government technology at the University of Chicago and the World Bank and is a Visiting Scholar at the Rose Institute of State and Local Government.
